The increase in recent years in demand for housing in Ecuador due to the political stability of the country and the creation of the Bank IESS (BIESS) has been a key factor for the company Flag Corp. to perceive an unattended market in the city of Loja. Flag Corp. Construction Company, recently created by its founder Federico Loaiza Vegas, found the opportunity to build the Quinta Leonor project. Located at Av. Nueva Loja, in the area of the IESS Hospital, this lot is fully consolidated and close to the city center where all public and private services that provide convenience for customers who purchase an apartment in this area are found. The project consists of two towers with 8 floors, each with underground parking. The towers have 46 apartments, each with its respective parking spot. The apartments consist of two and three bedrooms. The business plan that has been developed is made in function with the sector study, and a study of supply and demand. The analysis performed reflects positive NPV, reason which investors viewed this as a feasible project.
