摘要

Camacronch is a snack with an airy and crunchy structure.In Ecuador, shrimps are well known crustaceans. Ecuadorian people like it, not only for its good flavor, but also for the important roll which shrimps have in Ecuador’s economy; its exportation has created a great income in it. Based on these characteristics, Camacronch is created using cassava starch as the base and shrimp artificial flavor as its unique characteristic. As any other market, the Ecuadorian market has a variety of snacks in shelves. Most of them use corn as its raw material and different production methods in order to make different products. Some other snacks which can be found in the market are fried potatoes as well as other fried tuber species and fried pork skin which also has an airy crunchy structure.
