This investigation provides the geometric design of a Cablecar system that connects the hypercenter of Quito with Tababela county. Noting the topography involved in the section mentioned and most of the complications related to traffic jam congestion in relation to urban development. According to the alleged implementation of a system of public massive airlift, based in sustainability aspects, the benefits in the short and long term are predicted, pointing feasibility aspects within municipal proposals.
