This study analyzes the progress of 5 cases during the application of Musical therapy, Art therapy and Kinesthesia (based on self-observation). The Musical therapy is acquired through exercises involving rhythm. Art therapy is acquired through a drawing consisting on a "group self-portrait". And Kinesthesia is acquired through breathing/relaxation exercises and work on Aerial Silk. The application expects to have positive effects on the group dynamic and on self-description. On the other hand, it is expected that working on an individual level on self-observation, will be beneficial for the group. The data obtained after 7 sessions of therapy reveal that, the variable self-description augmented noticeably, but the effects on the group dynamic aren't significantly evident (yet).
