Estado plurinacional articulación social en igualdad y diversidad

Indigenous peoples and nationalities have traditionally been subjects of high degrees of dimension of racism and exclusion of participation in political decisions that are directly related with their cultural identity. The current uninational State has implemented public policies to "homogenize" and "civilize" them, norms that have eradicated and unstructured existing socio-cultural diversity in the country. This paper aims to raise plurinational State to guarantee and protect freedom and intercultural and create an atmosphere of equality in cultural ethnic diversity. To make reality the expositions of the present work is necessary to deconstruct dogmatic theories under which was founded the uninacional State. For which, it is vital to critical comparative analysis with the reality of indigenous peoples and nationalities based in the indigenous cosmovision. The analysis is complemented by the efforts that have resulted in the journey of vindication of indigenous rights denied forever. The homogenizing theories and exclusive cultural diversity indicates the urgency of refounding a plurinational State. Which it is not only seeks to capture in the documents but looking democratically to transform public institutions of the State and society in its set.
