This document is a guide that shows there is an opportunity in the manufacture ofchildren's clothing in Ecuador through a business plan structure which analyzes the macroenvironment, trends in clothing consumption in infants, sector forces are contrary toprofitability in this industry in order to find a generic strategy that is compatible with theseand locate on a map a position that fits this definition.To implement this strategy it’s defined a commercial plan which details whatproducts will be sold, the prices at which they will be sell to the consumer, distributionchannels and the documents which will be implemented through marketing campaigns forpromotion and advertising of the products.Then it’s defined the plant operating processes where detailed workflow ofproduction, quality control and optimal inventory levels that match the proposed strategy.Finally, there’s a study with the projection of the financial statements for the nextfive years to show that there is an opportunity for return on investment that exceeds theopportunity cost of capital.
