The Present study highlights a proposed management model to improve the quality of care for diabetic outpatients in the second level of care, this work it is based in a statistical review that describes the number of features in the period 2014, This review identifies problems in the outpatient clinic, the same shall be subject to a process of continuous improvement for a period of May to October 2015.The study defines the concept of the diabetes mellitus type 2. As we discuss the issues related to the Principal chronic complication faced by the patients of Rumiñahui´s Canton, we have observed that there is an increase in the number people affected in that habitat and therefore there is a necessity to analyze the various dimensions of disease, the individuals and the communityThe data collected during our study clearly indicate the need for effective strategies to implement the new management system to prevent and reduce this endemic diseaseThis proposed new strategy involves large investment in the health sector to tone up the various divisions of hospital management namely administrative, nursing system. Hence, we need a new model of administration in order to improve the quality standards based on the new management of study a very active collaboration and commitment from various stakeholders of hospital management.
