LEVARSI II is a business plan that focuses a specific sector of the population in Quito. Through SIV (Housing Incentive System), this plan has obtained the possibility of buying a housing unit.The starting point of this project has been the understanding that every single human being has the irrefutable right to have a dignified space where to live and grow up. The plan is based upon macro-economic market, technical, architectonic, financial, legal and managing studies, which will show the feasibility of its performance through housing bonus, credits to builders and mortgages granted both by government and private financial institutions at the present time.At the end, the project throws figures on the possibility, at nowadays, of carrying out subsidized housing real-states, going together compromise, quality and reasonable profits for promoters.
