This study is focused on electrical tests in recent years by the Regional CNEL El Oro,where the goal of the planning area has been set, based on a projection of demand,the evolution of sub-transmission systems and distribution, and then formulate plansto ensure works conditions of service and operating properly.Under these conditions, promotes the use of Geographic Information Systems, whichprovide an excellent tool, applying different factors such as: make possible therealization of transfer demand load calculated by geographic area of the distributionnetwork, considering the coverage area of the primary feeder which is part of yourself and your time using a subdivision of a grid on it, to move existing load demand ineach area of the grid will call this the micro-area.The Projection design basically leave through the study of the geographical coverageof a primary feeder called the "County" belonging to the S/E Machala, analyzing thevariations in the behavior of electricity and economic grow thin the sector using GIStechnologies. We will use a satellite image to justify urban cadastre of the study area.
