Propuesta de estandarización de tiempos para mantenimiento preventivo Chevrolet en los Volume Makers basasa en el levantamiento y validación de los temparios actuales en los concesionarios: Automotores Continental y Automotores de la Sierra

The main objective of this project is, according to General Motors Ecuador’srequest, the standardization of the operating times involved in the Chevrolet PreventiveMaintenance Program. The study took place in two concessionaries: AutomotoresContinental (Quito) and Automotores de la Sierra (Ambato). First, the sample’sdetermination per operation for each concessionary according to five specific models wasobtained. Second, for creating the time study templates, Formas de Estudio de Tiempos(FDEDT), the activities performed in each operation were identified and validated. The net operating time was registered in these documents.
