The following business plan analyzes the feasibility of creating an enterprise that produces Hass avocado oil and commercializes it into the French market. This project is closely related to the necessary change of the productive matrix of the country that leads to its transformation from being a raw material supplier to an international exporter of high quality processed goods with added value. In addition, growing consumer trends of healthy products appear as an interesting opportunity for new brands that promote both body and health care. Avocado oil consumers’ number increase because of its exquisite taste and its versatility compared to other oils. Its main ingredient: the avocado is known for the numerous benefits that are received when consumed in a regular basis, specifically the variety Hass.The growing demand of healthy products and these trends create a market opportunity that should be taken by agricultural countries that have geographical or quality advantages for the production, as is the case of Ecuador.
