We present the Business Plan for "Conjunto Habitacional Los Tejados ", the housing project will be undertaken by Constructora Galarza & Galarza with thirty-five years of experience in real estate.The project is located in the city of Quito, Conocoto, in Armenia community, it consisting of 10 houses ranch type, with different building and grounds areas, the project meets the needs of the people and focuses on medium-high and high socioeconomic level.The project will be implemented over a period of 22 months with a total cost of approximately $ 1 060000.00, it will generate a total of $ 1,366,000.00 in sales. Sensitivity analysis shoes as that we find that this development is not very sensitive to various scenarios such as changes in costs and sales.We recommend the execution of the project since it is viable and profitable.
