This paper deals with a business plan that aims to offer an innovative transportation way to Quito city. This is a pro environment, healthy, fun but above all a solution to the traffic congestion in Ecuador´s capital. We propose to entrepreneur in a business that offers a bicycle rent service in the busiest areas of the city. This idea will be an efficient transportation alternative and affordable for the vast majority of the population. This project has a long term vision, grow continuously in Quito and offer the same service in other Ecuadorian cities.With the intention to provide a proper business plan investigation, we analyzed the industry and the market; and we did a 5 years period financial projection. These projections provide enough data to confirm the profitability of the business plan. One of the main indicators is the return on investment, which is higher than 70%.
