Prevención y tratamiento de Escabiosis en los usuarios del Hospital Raúl Maldonado Mejía del Cantón Cayambe asociando el uso de Medicina Occidental con Medicina Tradicional y Componente Comunitario

This work was named Treatment and Prevention of Escabiosis of patients who come to Raúl Maldonado Mejía Hospital of Cayambe City associating Occidental Medicine, Traditional Medicine, and Communitarian Component. The objective was to give one alternative for the treatment of this illness in order to reach better access to health systems, and also for this system has more relationship with community, not only provide drugs. This work has the objective to give a true attention for these patients using all the Primary Health Care actions and integrate their components. Escabiosis disease is a true public health problem in our country but the use of the strategies that is proposed, could reduce the high annual prevalence. We wish that these work contribute to have a new and best health system.
