An alfajor is a treat that is eaten en Latin America. During its fabrication there areseveral tedious and long processes. This document pretends from an engineering pointview, to find a solution to some of these processes for a local business. First, it showsseveral devices to complete the flattening and cut of the paste to shape the cookies andthe applying of milk jam to form the alfajor. Then, the best solution is picked for designand construction, through a process, which includes: the selection of the most efficientdesign and the best way to activate it. Then the final design of these devices is developed, including the material selection, the systems required and the final integration between devices.
