Uso de terapia de pareja con enfoque de terapia humanista en una pareja con insatisfacción matrimonial

This study case describes a Couple Therapy with a view of Humanistic Therapy applied to a couple with unsatisfied marital life. The patients do not present any type of psychopathology described in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV-TR). Among the mayor marital problems were found: trouble in marital dialogue, distrust and emotional distancing. The treatment consisted of 15 therapy sessions, each session lasted two hours. The detailed treatment process will be described in the study case.
