The following project is a feasibility study for the production of Tommy Atkins mango pulp for the Ecuadorian market. The main objective of this study is to contribute to incorporate added value to the Ecuadorian mango production, with the purpose of producing and commercializing totally natural high quality sugarless mango pulp, for the Ecuadorian market. The project contains a market study that shows an offer of 160 tons of fruit pulp annually, with a 9% growth per year in the Ecuadorian market.
