Biopolítica, eugenia e ética: uma análise dos limites da intervenção genética em Jonas, Habermas, Foucault e Agamben

摘要

This research approaches the matters of genetic manipulation, specially cloning and the General Diagnosis of Pre-Implementation of Embryos, considering the implications of such manipulation to the understanding of the human as such. In order to follow such a research, the perspectives of Hans Jonas, Jurgen Habermas, Michel Foucault, and Giorgio Agamben are to be considered, aiming towards a complementary reading of these authors that should indicate a limit to biomedical research. Such limit will be established from a anthropological point of view that holds in the differentiation between the biological taking of man as a bare living object, and the consideration of man as the specific phenomena that occurs in a caesura between a bare life and a politically relevant life.
