Basic Techniques of Ryukyuan Performing Arts and Method of Teaching (2) : Stage Properties and Ryukyuan Music Score

摘要

This paper is a case study of Ryukyuan Performing Arts applying to both the variety of its properties and the Ryukyuan Music Score, Kun- Kun -Shi. " Without recognizing the sorts and names of the properties and the music score, it is impossible to perform the spirit of the Arts. In this paper, some of the properties used in man's and woman's dances are presented, with its names accompanied with pictures of photographs. Besides, how to use each property is also introduced. Of the Ryukyuan Music Score, both ways of reading and singing are explained with examples. The main concern of this paper is, therefore, the research of a direction of teaching Ryukyuan Performing Arts in the relation of the properties in great variety and the Ryukyuan Music Score.
