A műhelytanulmány a vevői érték és az erőforrás alapú stratégiai menedzsment elméleteit összekapcsolva megadja az autóipari ellátási lánc beszállítóinak kompetencia alapú tipizálását. Bemutatja a vevői elvárásoknak és a létrehozásukhoz szükséges képességeknek és erőforrásoknak azokat a csomagjait, melyek mentén e beszállító vállalatok sikeresen vehetnek részt, illetve biztosíthatják fejlődésüket az autóipari ellátási piramisban. A tipizálás 10 hazai autóipari beszállítónál készített 20 interjú alapján készült.----------udIn the working paper competence based taxonomy of supplier firms in the automotive supply chains is given. While creating this taxonomy, the author combines two theoretical approaches, the customer value and the resource based approach and interprets firm competences as specific closely linked sets of customer value dimensions and those capabilities and resources that are necessary to create them. The identified competences outline a development path for small and medium sized firms in the automotive supply pyramid. The taxonomy is based on 20 interviews conducted in 10 Hungarian supplier firms.
