Harmony of plastic skins in the interior of a car

摘要

Investigations on the visual harmony of interior parts of a car are discussed in this paper. Visual appraisal of disharmony is related to measured differences in luminance. Results demonstrate that these differences are mainly caused by the different orientation of the plastic parts, and not by possible variations of the surface properties originating from the manufacturing process.
