BIESBOERud2udABSTRACTudThe native milfoil weevil,udEuhrychiopsis leconteiudDietz, is audcandidate biological control agent for the exotic Eurasianudwatermilfoil (udMyriophyllum spicatumudL.) in northern NorthudAmerica. Declines of Eurasian watermilfoil populations haveudbeen associated with the weevil but many of these examplesudare poorly documented. We report the first documented declineudof Eurasian watermilfoil in Minnesota due to the milfoiludweevil.
