The scope of the investigation involved the drilling of testudholes and the detailed inventorying of existing wells in order touddefine the location, depth, potential yield, and chemical qualityudof the water contained in the shallow aquifer that might be usedudfor the development of a central water-supply system.udThe field work and collection of data for the investigationudcovered the period 1961 through 1963.
