Our business is a partnership form of business consisting of five partners which are also act as partners . ududThe business is focuses on selling Corn Husk Lamp Box. Our nature in business is "Partnership" which the relation between persons who have agreed to share the capital, profit and losses of a business carried on by all or any of them acting for all. This is because business risks can be reduced and distributed among partners . In case of losses, each partner will share the burden. Each partner would be responsible for the acts of the other partners in relation to the firm. ududThe purpose of this business is to introduce the innovation of decoration lamp which is the main product that our company sell. Starting this business requires much effort from all parties because it have a very big scale and has many competitors but to face it our company make a different in the raw material to make a finish product. This business may lead to become more success if our company capable to manage efficiently and operate it very well.
