摘要

This paper is concerned with energy performanceof building heating plant system installed energy savingtechnologies. The energy performance from design tooperation phase is evaluated by actual measurementsand model-based simulation analysis, and the fault onthe system operation are detected and was solvedthrough the evaluation is also reported in this paper.The building and the heating plant system werebuilt in Japan in September 2001, and the operationdata have been measured for last about two years. Themodel-based simulation using heat load data is alsocarried out. The effectiveness of energy savingtechnologies is clarified by means of that eachtechnology is considered in the simulation models on astep-by-step basis.Some faults were actually detected in the lastseason through these evaluations by measured data andsimulation analysis. This fact can show the importanceof fault detection and diagnosis and optimization in asystem operation phase.
