Experimental Results on Advanced Rotary Desiccant Dehumidifiers

摘要

The Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI) hasdeveloped the Cyclic Test Facility (CTF) to developand validate analytical methods for evaluating andpredicting the performance of advanced rotary dehumidifiers.This paper describes the CTF, the dehumidifierstested at the CTF, and the analyticalmethods used. The results reported provide an engineeringdata base and a design tool for evaluatingrotary dehumidifiers for desiccant coolingapplications.
