Two constructive linear coding methods, previously proposed for the Wyner-Zivproblem, are developed to achieve all points of the key-leakage-storage regionsof the generated- and chosen-secret models of biometric secrecy systems. Themodels also apply to physical unclonable functions that are realized by finehardware variations. The linear coding is implemented by using nested polarcodes and the designs achieve privacy-leakage and storage rates that improve onexisting methods.
