Alokasi Tenaga Kerja Petani Plasma Perkebunan Inti Rakyat (PIR) Kelapa Sawit dalam berbagai Pengembangan Agribisnis Kelapa Sawit di Sumatera Selatan

The objectives of the research were to measure the allocation of the palm's agribusiness, to analyse the factors which influence the labor force, and to count the income of the farmers. The average of the plasma farmers labor force allocation at palm's NESwas 180 days/year. It was lower than potential : 702 days/year. The result of the multiple regression analysis was there were some factors which significantly influence plasma farmers labor force in palm's NES. They were : the age of the head of the family, total cost the area of the plantation, wage, kinds of job, the education of the head of the family, the designs of NES and plantation levels. The average of plasma farmers income at palm's NES was Rp. 11.814.000,-/kk/year, 96% was from inside of the palm's farm management and 4% was from outside of it.
