Selection of Belt Conveyors Drive Units Number by Technical – Economical Analysis

In this paper is presented a methodology for selection of belt conveyor drive unitsudnumber by technical - economical analysis of their parameters. Belt Conveyors with follow driveudarrangement will be considered: one, two, three and four drive units. In the technical - economicaludanalysis are including: Tension forces, Power of belt conveyor, Costs for belt, Costs for power andudreducers, Total cost for belt conveyor system.
