The article expresses thoughts on the current state of the community of botanical gardens in the Russian Federation. The authors of the article focused their attention on the problems in the Russian community of botanical gardens and the ways of their solution. The article focuses on the imperfection of the management of botanical gardens in the Russian Federation and the lack of a coordinated strategy for their development at the present stage.
