Konzeption, Entwicklung und Evaluation einer video- und textbasierten virtuellen Lernumgebung für eine Bundesbehörde

This report describes the conception, development and evaluation of a blended-learning course in the range of organization theory. The target group for this course are employees of the higher and upper grade of civil service of the Bundesrechnungshof. The course GO@ELSE is realised as a blended-learning scenario with face-to-face and virtual phases. The total course has been designed according to the principles of problem-based learning. The virtual learning environment has been developed as a video-based and a text-based course. The effect of the video-based and text-based course was evaluated by the participants regarding acceptance, quality of the learning environment, motivation, group work and learning success. Acceptance, motivation, group work, learning success and the quality of the learning environment were evaluated positively in the video-based course. As a result of the evaluation the video-based course GO@ELSE should be used for further trainings in the federal authority.
