This research aims to find out how the meaning of the message on the woman's tattooudTattoo users in the city of Surabaya. To address the above problems, the researchers devised a shape, the position and meaning of a message tattooed on a woman's tattoo users in the city of Surabaya. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collectedudthrough interviews, literature study, observation, study documentation, and Internet searching. The subject of this research is a female user tattoo in the city of Surabaya.
