Quality is a dynamic state associated with products, people, processesudand tasks, and environments that meet or exceed the expectations of customers orudconsumers. Consumers as users increasingly critical in choosing a product or useudthe product so that this situation resulted in increasingly important role in theudquality. CV. Tanah Aron is one of the companies engaged in the production ofudrubber and plastic, which is located on Jl. Abdul Kharim No.. 76 AA Surabaya.udThe products produced by CV. Tanah Aron is Rubber Seal, Rubber Packing,udRubber Oring, Rubber Connection pipe taps, Castor, Socket, and many otherudproducts.udOf various products produced by CV. Tanah Aron researchers focused onudproduct type Gas Tube Rubber Seal KTG-50AL with disabilities prosesntase ofud29,86%. At KTG 50-AL products, there are 4 types of disability that is Merintis,udTebal, Gupil, and Lengket. The purpose of this study was to determine andudanalyze the factors - factors that cause disability or defect, calculate the level ofuddisability that occurs in Gas Cylinder Seal Rubber products, and perform theudProposed improvements.udThe results showed that based on the data processing by using SevenudTools (Hisogram, Pareto Chart, Map Control P, and Fishbone Diagram) can knowudthe number of defects on the type of disability of Rubber Seal Gas Cylinder typeudKTG-50AL for 6 months isudMerintisudby 2,31%,udTebaludof 1,15%,udGupiludbyud1.08%, andudLengketudby 0,43%. To reduce the disability researchers make 5W +ud1H matrix as proposed revisions to the company as well as to standardize theudQCC.
