Organizational communication climate is formed through the interaction betweenudmembers of the organization. Climate is not the nature of an individual, but maintainedudby the members of the organization. This study aims to determine the organizationaludcommunication climate KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo based on problems thatudoccur, gap relationships superior and subordinates in KPP Pratama Surabaya. In practiceudoften found some problems in corporate sommunication, especially in supervision andudconsultation section with each other and conflicts in that section, so the researchersudwanted to know how the climate of organizational communication KPP PratamaudSurabayaudThis research method is a quantitative method with sample withdrawal techniqueudusing total Sampling that is based on certain total of heads and employees Waskon thirdudand fourth.
