The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the proper of white oyster mushroomudfarm in uncertain production and price in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district,udSidoarjo district annually from the year of 2009 to 2011 and to identify both internaludand external factors to determine the development strategy of white oysterudmushroom farm in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district, Sidoarjo district. Inudaccomplishing the first purpose, the analysis of the proper of white oyster mushroomudwill be used with NPV at risk method. To accomplish the second purpose, theudanalysis used is the SWOT. The production and the recive of white oyster mushroomudare unstable. The highest production and recive was in 2011 that produced 25.650udkg and Rp 333.450.000,-. Based on the analysis of white oyster mushroom farm atud“Maju Makmur” tani farmer group in Wadungasih village, Buduran sub district,udSidoarjo district is worth a try. Furthermore based on the result of SWOT analysis itudcan be formulated alternative strategies : 1) market development by farming widerudmarket network, 2) the technological improvements to increase the production ofudwhite oyser mushrooms, 3) depressing production cost, and 4) the granting of loansudin the development white oyster mushrooms farm.udKeyword : strategy development of white oyster mushroom farm
