This research is based on teen Surabaya which was affected by the culture of udGangnam Korea Style. Because the researchers wantedto know whether the teens had been udadversely affected by the Surabaya Korea culture soyouth Surabaya menginovasi and adopt udthe culture of Korea. Because the current wave of Korea has spread from country to country. udIn this study researchers using theory of Rogers diffusion of innovations. This theory udexplains the process of how an innovation delivered(communicated) through certain udchannels over time to a group of members of the social system. udThe methods used to find out the existing problemswith the use of a descriptive udqualitative research. Here using the theory of Rogers, which divide the stages of innovation udi.e. the attribute, the type of innovation innovation decisions, communication channels, the udcondition of social systems and the role of agents of the actual text. As well as the stages of udadoption, namely the emergence of knowledge, persuasion, decision stage stage, stages of udimplementation, and the confirmation stages. udThe results of this study, according to researchers is the third resource person receive udGangnam Korea Style culture with a positive culturewithout leaving Indonesia.
