POLA KOMUNIKASI DAN MANAJEMEN KONFLIK PADA PASANGAN SAMA-SAMA BEKERJA (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif Pola Komunikasi dan Manajemen Konflik Keuangan)

摘要

This study aims to determine patterns of communication and conflict udresolution, among couples who both worked in financial terms using strategy of udconflict management. udTheoretical basis used in this study were interpersonal communication, udcommunication patterns husband and wife as well as conflict management udstrategies Joseph A.Devito. udThe method used was qualitative research using in-depth interview udtechnique. Here the qualitative method using the Rachmat Kriyantono. Collecting uddata in this study using a question posed to informan based on the interview udguide. udResearches took five pairs of informants are both working. This informant udcouples have financial conflict in their household. udThe result of this study based on analysis of data obtained from interviews, udan outline is on the couple informants 1, 2, and 5 using the communication udpatterns in couples monopoly while informants 3 and 4 using the communication udpatterns of the separator is not balanced. In the face of financial conflict occur, the udcouple informants 1, 3, 4, and 5 using a strateg of Avoidance and active fighting udstrategies ( avoiding conflict by leaving the place of conflict ). Meanwhile, two udpairs of informants using strategies Argumentativeness ( harbored feelings when udconflicts occur)
