Due to the large-scale implementation of MIMO (multiple input multiple output) systems (such as MIMOradar, radiomonitoring system, synchronization system) thenew task of space-time coding signal (MIMO-signal) TOA estimation is being set up. Utilizing of the new signals can bring both the new possibilities for improving the accuracy of MIMO-signal TOA estimation and the new problems charged with changing of processing methods for such signals. The problem with processing MIMO-signals lies in the following facts: (a) signals present in the same time interval and frequency range and (b) transmitting antennas are closely (couple of wave length) spaced together.
