The issue is related to the arrangement of anaction-based change process that may lead to greater interaction skills. I have looked at different approaches to knowledge development, and view knowledge as aninterplay of multiple types of knowledge. In this process the focus is on the development ofemotional and relational skills. I have shown that employees find that critical reflection provides valuable understanding oftheir own and others ' action selection. «Sonebytte» has been a suitable training arena in thiscontext, but will not be sufficient for further learning and development within theorganization. I have illustrated the challenges by an action-based change process for me as aleader and researcher, as well as the participants.
