Optimal artificial conditions for maintaining and breeding of African clawed frogs Xenopus laevis

African clowrd frog is water amfibian, whose homeland is Sub-Saharan Africa. It is an important model organism for various fields of research. For successful rearing it is necessary to provide optimal artificial conditions that include clean water, correct temperaturud and high quality food. All this leads to quality eggs and successful embryos development. Next lines describe the conditions for successful cultivation of this type of frog, potential infection and reproduction procedures in artificial laboratory conditions.udud
