The role of the youth worker in various youth organizations

Under the infulence of consuming society, youngster have different alternative ways of spending quality free time in different youth organizations. The role of youth worker which tries to bring youngsters closer to un-formal education, as option of exploring and co-creating life opportunities, learning social skills, improving competence and directing in interesting, creative and socially critical spending free time. This can be very beneficial in the future during their time of adolescence.udIn my diploma I have explored the background of the youth worker in different youth organizations with the help of theory and empirical research. The main question I have asked myself was, are there any similarities or differences in work characterictis of the youth worker in the youth center and other youth work organizations. I was also searching for problems and solutions that youth worker and their organization find for them.ud
