中国外汇储备问题向来备受各方关注,已有不少学者对外汇储备的适度规模、来源以及币种结构等方面问题做了较有价值的研究。但面对急剧增加的外汇储备,如何对其进行有效的管理,提高其持有效率,似乎是现阶段面临的更为严峻和迫切的问题。文章分析了我国现行外汇储备管理存在的低效率问题,对其原因进行了分析思考,并就如何完善我国外汇储备管理提出了建议和相关策略。China s foreign exchange reserve has been paid a lot of attention from all over the world for a long time.Till now many scholars have done some valuable researches in the field of the proper size,sources and its currency structure of the foreign exchange reserves.But faced with the sharp increase in China s foreign exchange reserves,how to manage it effectively is the most urgent question for us at present.This paper analyzes the ineffective management in China s foreign exchange reserves,and then considers the reason for this problem, finally puts forward some reasonable suggestion and strategies for how to improve the management in our foreign exchange reserves.
