[中文文摘]以N ,N -二甲基甲酰胺为萃取剂 ,利用荧光激发 -发射波长差 2 37nm ,建立了同步荧光法测定海水中叶绿素a含量的新方法 ,其线性范围为 0~ 2 0 0 .0 μg L ,检出限为 1.5 μg L ,回收率在 95 .0 %~ 10 2 .5 %之间。该方法具有快速、灵敏 ,其他常见色素不干扰测定的优点。[英文文摘]A new method is described for the determination of chlorophyll a in seawater by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry with constant wavelength interval of 237 nm. N, N dimethyl formamide was used as extractant. Other common pigments do not interfere. The linear range is 0~200 μg/L with the detection limit of 1.5 μg/L. The recovery is between 95.0% and 102.5%. The method is quick and sensitive.
