Volume III of the three-volume set is a user's manual that describes the use and manipulation of the ORACLE Relational Data Base Manager which was used in the project. The data base contains product information and performance histories of many patching and sealing materials, as well as performance information on various types of equipment for patching and sealing. The report also contains supplemental information on the development of the data base, as well as a copy of the questionnaire that was used in the research effort.
