Normative Data for the Administrative Careers with America Examination for Group 3: Business, Finance, and Management Occupations

This report presents normative data for the Administrative Careers with America (ACWA) examination for the occupations in Group 3: Business, Finance, and Management. The examination consists of two written components: a cognitive ability test (Test 760) and a biographical questionnaire called the Individual Achievement Record (IAR, Test 975). Test 760 assesses verbal and quantitative reasoning with four different item types, two in the verbal mode and two in the quantitative.
