Criterion-Related Validity of the Federal Police and Guard Examination Using the Concurrent Model

This report summarizes research conducted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to provide (1) criterion-related validity evidence for a new selection examination developed for Federal police and guard occupations, and (2) information to assist management in making an informed decision relative to the setting of an effective passing score.
