Analysis of the Organizational Survey of the VA's Health Delivery System.Supplemental Report

The supplemental report presents the findings from a survey of 666 managers inthe Veterans Health Services and Research Administration conducted in March-April 1991. The survey generated quantitative assessments of various managerial activities and functions within VHS&RA, as well as open-ended qualitative comments. The survey complements the findings of face-to-face interviews and related analysis submitted in the main report by allowing broader input.
