Sliver, a joint stock company, has been established for the sole purpose of manufacturing and selling the Sliver Machine in Czechoslovakia. The Sliver Machine - the machine for the production of the sliver - is a sophisticated carding machine which integrates an effective drafting unit at the delivery end. Sliver is an intermediate product in the production of yarn from raw fiber. The report conducts limited analyses of certain financial statements and various financial, operating and other data of Sliver. It is meant to assist with a business plan review and assessment of Sliver.
