The bulletin is intended to help Remedial Project Managers and On-SceneCoordinators work with natural resource trustees during site assessment and remediation. It explains the authority and responsibilities of trustees, and the responsibilities of RPMs and OSCs with respect to trustee issues. The goal of this document is to help reduce delays and ensure compliance with relevant statutes by increasing understanding of trustee issues as they pertain to the Superfund program.
