Reasonable Accomodation for Deaf Employees in Federal White-Collar Jobs

This report presents the results of a survey conducted in 1989 on the current situation of deaf people employed in Federal white-collar positions. It also presents information about deafness, its ramifications in an employment setting, and reasonable accommodations available to meet some of the challenges facing deaf individuals.
